We collect and retain the following information from all of our Members;

Public Domain as available from Members' own websites:

Company Name, public email address, geographical location and wenbsite address.

We use this information to provide basic information for the general public visiting the PBA website to enable them to find out about members' products and services.

Private Information as provided by Members on the PBA Membership Application Forms:

PBA declared Point of Contact name, private email address (if different from above), Company postal address, land line and mobile telephone telephone, number of vessels operated and/or services and products  provided.

We use this information for the purposes of contacting Members on PBA matters in support of the PBA's role of representing and supporting the industry as stated in the Constitution.  Additionally we also use this information for the purposes oF invoicing membership fees and other contact purposes as and when the need arises.

This information is held in a secure electronic environment by the Secretary.  It is totally discrete to the PBA and will not be passed to any other Member or third party for any reason whatsoever without the express permission of that Member.
